to advise / tell (someone) to do ~
（劝、要求、嘱咐）……做某事
verb (dictionary/ない form) + ように + 勧める・言う・お願いする…
登録するように勧めました。
They recommended that it be registered.
ように before verbs of speaking or requesting reports an indirect instruction or piece of advice.
「ように」接在表示「说、请求、劝告」的动词前，转述间接的指示或建议。
