verb (ます-stem) / adjective stem + そうです
天気が不安定になりそうです。
The weather looks like it will become unstable.
This そうです expresses a guess based on how things look right now. Don't confuse it with the そうです that reports hearsay.
这个「そうです」表示根据眼前情形做出的推测「看起来……」。注意与表示传闻的「そうです」区分。

noun + の + ために
前線と湿った空気のために、雨が続いています。
Because of the front and moist air, the rain continues.
ために can show a cause as well as a purpose. After a noun, use の. Here it explains why the bad weather is happening.
